GeneSpring is one of the most widely used microarray analysis software packages. In addition to many analysis and statistical tools, it provides flexible normalization methods and is powerful for both one-channel and two-channel data analysis. New functions have been added to the new version GeneSpring GX 11 including miRNA, qPCR, Exon, Copy #, and GWAS analyses.

We will present GX 11 demonstrations using case studies for Alternative Splicing, Copy # and GWAS. Those who do not wish to attend may meet one-on-one with GeneSpring specialists.
