MSI Tutorials and Training
MSI's tutorials are taught by our scientific computing experts.
We provide training in:
- Using HPC resources: Connecting to Agate and Mesabi/Mangi, submitting jobs
- Common scientific software training: Python, MPI, Galaxy
- Common scientific usage training: RNA Sequencing Analysis, Proteonomics Mass Spectrometry Data Analysis
- Vendor lead tutorials for specialized software: when available

The 2023 Summer Semester schedule is now available on the Event page. Tutorials will be held as hybrid events with both in-person (limit 20 persons) and Zoom options available.
