Project Title:
Pathophysiology in Spasmodic Dysphonia: A TMS and fMRI Study

This project combines TMS and fMRI techniques to investigate the pathophysiology of spasmodic dysphonia, which is a neurological disorder that affects the control of the movement of vocal chords. The researchers use MSI resources to process the MRI images, including T1 anatomical corregistration using MATLAB, Freesurfer, FSL, and AFNI software packages, task-fMRI data processing and analysis using FSL and AFNI software packages, resting-state fMRI data processing and analysis using FSL and AFNI software packages, and DTI data processing and analysis using the FSL software package. They will also use statistics software to analyze the results.
